The Site is operated by M3 Mechanical (“M3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a commercial HVAC contractor based in Anaheim, California.

A binding agreement is formed only when M3 and the client execute a separate written proposal or service agreement outlining the scope, pricing, and terms of the project. Information provided in the Site (including case studies, project pages, and blog posts) is for general informational purposes and is not a warranty of specific outcomes.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, logos, and the M3 Mechanical brand, are owned by or licensed to M3 and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
