These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of m3hvac.com (the “Site”) and any content, information, or services provided through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About Us
The Site is operated by M3 Mechanical (“M3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a commercial HVAC contractor based in Anaheim, California.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

- Infringes our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights;
- Attempts to interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks;
- Uses automated means (such as scrapers or bots) to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Contact, Quote, and Service Requests
Submitting a contact or quote request through the Site does not create a contract for services. A binding agreement is formed only when M3 and the client execute a separate written proposal or service agreement outlining the scope, pricing, and terms of the project. Information provided in the Site (including case studies, project pages, and blog posts) is for general informational purposes and is not a warranty of specific outcomes.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, logos, and the M3 Mechanical brand, are owned by or licensed to M3 and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for limited personal, non-commercial use, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.
User Submissions
If you submit information, photos, or other content to us through the Site (for example, through a contact form), you grant M3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the business. You represent that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

NOTHING ON THE SITE SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS ENGINEERING OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE FOR A SPECIFIC PROJECT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M3 AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL M3'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M3 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your content submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
